Kathy is a process engineer with a background in human factors. She is passionate about improving processes, systems, and service delivery in our community. She has experience facilitating process improvement initiatives in healthcare and financial services. Her work focuses on applying technology, design thinking principles, and agile practices to design processes and services around what the users want. She is a certified scrum master and holds a master’s degree in Clinical Engineering from University of Toronto, and bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from Queen’s University. Katherine is a strong believer that everyone has a role to play in building a diverse and inclusive city around us.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking trails around Toronto, strumming the ukulele with her toddler, and experimenting with her paintbrush and sketchbook.
